optimum setup for bt vision/blue ray/dvd home cinema

unfortunately this is not my specialist subject. any help on configuring these to be able to listen to the tv/blu-ray/dvd through the home cinema speakers appreciated.

hitachi 1080 hd tv
bt vision > tv via scart and hdmi
blu-ray > tv via hdmi
philips mcd289 dvd home cinema > tv via component video jacks

the dvd home cinema has an a/v out jack/s-video in jack/component video jack

Thats not right one or the other, not both. Use the HDMI cable

Maybe philips mcd289 dvd home cinema could use the redundant scart on the TV?
