AVG and virus vault

Hi.

I've recently installed the free version of AVC 9 onto my main PC and have just logged on to find a 'Resident Shield alert' saying a virus was found and moved to the virus vault. Do I need to do anything? If so, where is the virus vault exactly?

Thanks

Have you never had virus protection on before?

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM FULL SCAN then click SCAN
Post the log COMPLETE here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds

    reboot

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Click DO A SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE (Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

Yes I've been paying for Norton Antivirus but decided to go with AVC as it works well on my laptop.

Just to check that this virus is actually a virus before I do anything, as I've been reading on some forums that it isn't... Its Win32/Heur

    Thanks

    Open AVG, History, Virus vault.

You could also try Help, Contents, Search, Virus vault.
