Meal Plans WB 21 December 2009 - Christmas Week!

Hi guys

Have been fervently meal planning for a couple of months and have got the weekly shop down from £50-60 a week to £30 for the two of us. This week is no exception.

DH and I both work in retail and so this week is going to be crazy. Lunches are s/w or leftovers.

Mon
Leftover lamb and green bean curry

Tues
Roasted onion and sage lasagne with gruyere

Weds
Leftovers of lasagne

Thurs
HM Celery Heart soup w, stilton(working until late)

Fri
Roast Pork w, all the trimmings, dinner is leftover soup

Sat
Am working but Spicy Pork stew w, leftovers

Sun
Jacket potato w, either spicy pork or something from fridge

All of the above are dependant on me getting out of work early enough to actually cook dinner!

do you think it's possible that when the following weeks thread is created a link could be put to it on the 1st or last post on a regular basis???

I miss this soo often becuase I don't have time to hunt for it and then I forget.
