Hi guys
Not too much meal planning going on this week as spending most time with my parents but here are a few things:
Saturday: Had Christmas day with OH as he is going to his parents for Xmas so had roast chicken, roast potatoes, roast sweet potatoes, roast parsnips, carrots baked in wine and rosemary, sprouts in balsamic and garlic, with greens and gravy. Yum!
Sunday: Picking on nibbly bits all day, had cheese and crackers so far and will have pizza and filo prawns etc later.
Monday: Another Christmas dinner with work!
Tuesday: Mushroom and pea risotto
Wednesday - Sunday: Back to Bristol to see parents so whatever they have!
I hope everyone has lovely Christmases and manages to get a lovely rest in! xxMy debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |
