It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Lou~BTW hate to say but that is more than oddbout the cards.

I know Beanie, it is becoming a real worry as she has been assessed twice from the memory clinic and both times they said that she had mild old age memory loss (she is only 71) she also keeps referring to me as Lisa and when she mentions the boys she has not been referring to them by name as though she has forgotten.

Not sure where to go next to be honest as she wont even try to accept that she needs to put memory jogging things in place, she is totally in denial about the whole thing.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

It is really bitter outside now and snowing quite heavily. I have just been out to pre-ice my daughter's car and put the windshield cover on, which is not an easy job for one person when the wind is blowing freezing snow into your face!
