Just got home from one of the scariest car rides EVER....it was slip-sliding away all over the place. Cars getting stuck on hills. I just stayed in 1st gear doing about 6mph all the way home.
Now feeling really unsettled and dreading the thought of doing it all again tomorrow morning to get to work. Hate snow.....pesky stuff.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -

oh i know suzy, i had a right spooked out moment in drifting snow on the way home, stopped and let GM drive the rest of the way... it really shook me up, and i'm not nervous generally... i just couldn't see the lanes and got a real fright!
i'm not normally skittish about things like that but driving with a bloke in the passenger seat makes you a bit concious i think, or it does me, but that would be after 8 years since i passed my test and living with Big G...I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
What was bothering me more than somewhat was the fact that I only had strappy sandals on (yes...... I know) and if I had got stuck I would have had freezing cold tootsies if I had to abandon the car and walk.
I was coming home from a party you understand....just don't go to Sainsburys etc in strappy sandals when there's snow forecast, but I had my outfit chosen days ago and if I had changed my shoes the whole thing would have been thrown into disarray. You understand girls....don't you....please....??YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
