We used one on Saturday that has a big sign outside saying Parking no more than £3. It is opposite the Waterfront and is called something Quay. It was perfect for Victoria Square and when we left after about 2 hours it was £1.
I'll second this one, just round the corner from Elliotts the costume hire place. Cheap as chips & a stones throw away from Victoria Sq & the fountain area......What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0 -
There's a carpark behind Castle Court which has been 80p an hour for over 10 years now. It sits between North Street and Kent Street near the top end. You access it via Kent Street. It's less than a 5 minute walk to Castle Court.0

The one near Elliotts is donegal Quay. Never used it myself but the Odyssey complex carpark is £3 for 6 hrs and 30p per hour after. Little walk to City Centre but it'sa nice stroll over the Queens Bridge.0

I use St Annes Square, £1 an hour. I don't take a ticket, I just put my debit card in the ticket machine when I'm driving in, which means I don't need to go to the paystation. I just insert the card again on departure and it gives me a receipt.
It's dead handy, because I'm like the queen. Never carry cash! :rotfl:0 -
There's one in Frederick Street, which is beyond the UU art college in the direction of Yorkgate, which is £3 for 8-9hours (it's less for shorter periods, but not sure how much). I think it closes around 6pm though.0

For Monday - Friday there is the one beside the Fire Station on the Ormeau Road - I've never paid more than £5.30 for the whole day. But you need to be there before 8am if you want a space...
Or try driving to Mossley West train station - think a monthly train ticket is about £60 which is way cheaper than monthly car parking in Belfast, and Mossley West to Central is about 10 mins by train - I love whizzing past all that traffic on the motorway when I'm on the train (though I hate the walk to the train station at the end of the day, especially with recent weather).0
