in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
I am considering buying a new bathroom from this company.
Has anyone had any dealings with them - any problems?
Any help would be appreciated as I am a little nervous at spending such a large sum online.

    think that was more common a couple of years ago, if you search on this site the more recent reviews have been maoinly good

    I understand that "ukbathrooms" is the online address. They also trade as "Yorkshire kitchens and bathrooms" based in Ripon.

    Online bathroom suppliers are the bane of the fitters life. Their customer service is by and large total carp. They'll short ship, their quality control mechanisms are basically non-existent and it takes ages to sort things out when (and they will) go wrong.

    You are far far better off going round to your local friendly plumbers merchant - one who gets next day deliveries from the warehouses not the "it might be sometime in the next fortnight" stuff you get from the internet companies.

    You can negotiate good deals with him and he'll help you all the way.
