Anyone know a good place to look for a younger child who needs a portable DVD player for his holidays. Quite a range of prices from £48 to £100s (average about £70+ for 7 inch screen)
Do you think most makes are robust for Kids - Daewoo sounds robust?
Thanks

We stock an Alba model thats quite good value. We have tested a few entry level models and found them to be very cheap looking noisey and generally bad quality. this model passes all the tests. Our engineers review products for the web site this is there comment Obviously its from an employee but it should be an unbiased view
"A great portable DVD player, good quality picture and battery life. We checked a number of players in the lower price bracket and this one is by far one of the best. There are cheaper models on the market but they are disappointing and very poor build quality. this model feels and performs more like a model in the higher end of the portable DVD product range." 88%
For the next level up try a Toshiba they seem to be pretty good value.
