I just wanted to share what excellent customer service I have received from Lush this week. I purchased a product there last week and when I went to use it on Saturday the pot was empty so I rang their customer services who apologised and agreed to send me a replacement no quibbles. Today I received a gift box from them with lot's of goodies inside as an apology. I am so please with the way they sorted my problem out I wanted let everyone know how great they have been.

I agree, I actually wrote to them to say what a nice experience I had shopping with them. Its nice that some places actually like to help customers!!0
