Even if there is no colour formally specified, can you imagine how many items people would be returning if they suddenly started shipping whatever colour they pleased?
Unless a colour is stated, or it is stated that the item may vary from that pictured, I'm with the above and would say it's reasonable to expect the same item as in the picture. Olly's action seems reasonable.0 -
