Had a ppn yesterday from a company called Excel.Parked on a road to take mother-in-law to 80th birthday lunch.Used disability badge as always for her.When we returned had a ppn on drivers window stating £60 now or £100 in two weeks.No regard to the disability permit.Have read about Excel on the forum before.Any advice please??
