vectone international calling card scam

hi ive ordered one of the vectone sim cards to call abroad and have just found out its a scam they promise you low rates but actually deduct more than double from your credit , ordering a free sim doesnt mean its free they deduct the price and postage after you top up!, people who have ordered theres with credit from the vectone website havnt recieved it even after 2 weeks no cutomer services no reply to emails calls are automated so no one will reply to your call , what im concerend about is that ive allready ordered my sim card from them (before i knew it was all a scam ), and will i be billed for the sim to my address if i dont top up?

Depends on the T&C's. But I like the idea of not using it.

Seems a little unlikely otherwise we'd all be ordering sims for people we don't like and leaving them with an unwanted bill.
