Avoiding misting in D.glazing or Triple glazing

We have a window at the bottom of the kitchen which gets all day sun - when we we have it. Consequently, this double glazed window (fitted by us) has had to be replaced three times in about 10-15 years.

Does anyone know of any way of avoiding this replacement job?.
Would triple glazing make a difference and would it be very expensive?.

Any useful response will be gratefully received.

My dad just had to replace a panel, and when he was at the glass place ordering the new panel, he was told that often water gathers in the bottom of the frame because the drains have become blocked. This water causes the seal to break and allow air in between the panels. Sure enough when we removed the misted panel, the bottom of the frame was full of water.
