not literately always but the vast majority

I used to work in customer services for a mobile network and very rarely did you hear of someone like your daughter using the phone responsibly.

in fact you might find that your daughter suddenly starts using the phone more due to meeting new friends or boyfriend and you too could be landed with a big bill it can happen I lost count of the number of complaints like this I had to deal with

I suppose you only hear the bad stories but most of DD friends on contract and no tales of them going over.

We had the boyfriend saga thing, hence we set up (or rather his father did and paid) for the Vodafone family so they could talk to each other till their hearts were content without it coming out of their inclusive minutes.

I actually comment to DD that "does no one talk to one another anymore" as it's all texts and MSN!

orange will not return it and the managers discretion thing is often used by call centre ops to get rid of you( i work in mobile retail although not for orange) and put onus onto the store

My advice is that you can check his balance by ringing 150, alternativly if your on pay and go you use the contract do a change of number with orange so you wont have all his pals calling you and then give him a pay and go sim
