  • still no snow for us, my mum rang me from whitstable which is 10 mins away and she had loads of snow all we have is ice which i also slipped over on twice this morning on the school run grrrr
  • Such a shame it's not this time next week. Would be lovely to have a White Christmas
  • West Coast of scotland we had a light flurry yesterday at about 4pm and then it snowed a bit heavier for a few hours from teatime until bedtime.No snow today but its still pretty as a picture outside with snow just on the quiet roads,rooftops and atop garden walls.
    Hoping for just enough snow to get the sledges out soon:D

    Oh wait,heres the scottish weather report just starting,nope, no snow for us today (temperature -4 to -7 though,yikes!)but looks like we should get some about lunchtime saturday,oh yeah!and sunday is all white!!!:j

    Hope they are right.

    ALL the neighbours were out snow fighting and sledging having a laugh saying what a shame it is not exactly one week later as in xmas day for all this snow that would make a perfect xmas day:D here they reckon it will be gone by sunday:rolleyes:

  • Yep, here in Brighton we got a ton of it last night. 4-6 inches of the stuff, and the boss texted me this morning saying don't bother coming in to work. Fantastic. I've been out for a nice long walk on the cliffs and it's magical. :j

    Damn cold though, blowing a gale last night, kept waking up shivering, bit calmer today. Lovely blue skies. Main road is ok but the side roads are sheets of ice. Take care out there. :)
