    Actually a BG should not edit a post, if they feel it needs the team to take a look at something in it then it is merely hidden from view until such time as the main team deals with it. Only the main team should edit or remove a post permanently.

    He can't qualify for JSA if he is not fit for work surely?

    This is true. Whilst they do make allowances for those who are disabled (ie, I can't drive, so can't be forced to apply for driving jobs) you do have to be fit to do some sort of job.
