Unusual parking ticket

Last night I had a ticket slapped on my car for parking in a reserved bay outside some offices. Two things: 1) It was at 21:30! 2)The ticket was much smaller than any parking ticket that I've been given before with a very small amount of documentation - usually theres a fair wadge of papers inside no? This ticket was about the size of a post it note whilst it was stuck on my window.
The fine is for £60 and if I don't pay within 10 days the fine goes up 3 pounds a day.
Should I pay it?! I reckon it could be some guy trying to make a little extra on the side.

An invoice from a private company I assume?
Do not pay - read the other threadsWe all evolve - get on with it0 -
I came to that conclusion but there is so much legal text on the ticket. Are there any obvious signs to look for in the text?0

Yes, all of it.
Ignore all of it as its just an unenforceable invoice. Despite numerous and ever more threatening letters they will eventually give up. Don't contact them, don't reply to anything and don't admit anywhere who was driving.
ps adjust 1st post maybe?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
