Dismatle Ikea wardrobes

The cost for 2 Ikea wardrobes fixed to alcoves to be dismantled, moved and re assembled in another bedroom is £120.00. Is this quote fair? It should be fairly easy as very little dismantling should be involved. Anybody whether a novice diy could dismantle and assemble again? Got the impression, people do not seem to bother to dismantle flat packs due to the hassle. Thanks

i assume its in the same house?
should be a simple enough job. cant see why they cannot be moved into another room virtually complete?
some of the cheap flat packs were so badly made, that any attempt to rebuild them left them in bits/ruined.

Hi, I would seriously consider doing it yourself. Shouldn't take too long. Considering that they depending on their quality they may lose some strength in the process then if you were gonna pay, I'd just get new ones.

Do you have a friend you could give a £20 to?
