    CC'd Ofgem, they replied they didn't want anything to do with it.

    No reply from BG as yet. However, they were kind enough to pass my account onto their debt collector, who wrote to me 22nd December telling me to pay within 7 days or they'd begin proceedings. I get the letter on 30th Dec... Rang them and they've put the account on hold and confirmed they could see my complaint letter had been registered on the system.

    As complaint was raised with BG in May 09, I contacted energy ombudsman as within their 9 month limit.

    They've said that as I first made BG aware of the problem in Aug 08, they can't help me.

    Am awaiting BG reponse with baited breath...
