Where's my last British Gas Elec Bill?

Folks,
Switched to Scottish power last month (via quidco of course!) and gave them my gas and elec readings to pass onto British Gas.
I received and paid a £60 bill for my gas
I then received a letter from Scottish Power saying we have now taken over your gas and electricity...
I have yet to recieve a final bill for my electricity usage from BG, I checked on line and it shows account as up to date with a balance of £0. Whilst I'm sure that the bill will only be £20 quid or so, I can't see BG writing it off.
Should I phone BG and ask them what's up? Or wait until the bill would normally arrive before phoning up?
