t-mob broaband and skype

Dear all,i have t-mob broadband and i pay £15 a month for 3gb they told me if i want to use skype i have to pay extra £10 a month, this is not on my contract and it is inportain to me as i travel away from home,i write to them and they want the extra money,if you log in the t-mob web page the offer £10 and skype to customers i realy want to stop the contract or get the skype at no extra cost What can i do? i have ask for a deadlog number but they said they dont give one,

It should explain somewhere in your contract that it does not include VOIP (services such as skype). Afaik the plan that you have, mobile broadband plus, has never included VOIP. To get access to these services the plan that you would have to change to is their mobile broadband extra (previously called max) which is currently £30 per month http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/services/mobile-broadband/what-does-it-cost/ so paying £10 extra doesn't sound too bad to me.0
