renewed 12 months with bt problem ???

and i had the billl through, checked it all on internet, and i cant see my 24 pound credit as proomised by the bt company representative.

it could possibly be my mistake, but im hoping they will look on this thread and advise me what to do next?

  • just spoke to someone on the online live chat and they have told me no discount has been applied!!!!

    is this a case of bt hoping i wouldnt notice this on my bill???
