Is it a SD they served ? Do you own a property , anything of value ? I was sent a SD despite being in dispute. I pointed out that cost of a SD is nearly £900 to them and as I have no assets , even if they gain judgement , they would get £0000000.

Thanks , but no its a Claim against me Northampton County court, I will have to deal with it thats all.:cool:

No I have been told that they dish out wrong advice down here so leave them alone I think.
I am going to offer them a small payment as what more can i do, or the bill will grow higher_pale_
