Sadly though, it looks quite enforceable to me. If I were you, with this one i'd probably be looking to offer monthly repayments, maybe worth speaking to CAB or someone asap and make an offer to pay something each month.

Unfortunately you cannot win them all and this does, from first glance, seem fine to me....

Nooo, the lack of a creditor signature is not enough to warrant unenforceability, as confirmed by Fermi earlier. I am sorry but if I was you i'd really book in to speak with CAB like tomorrow - you really need to speak to someone that can sort this for you cos it is hard for us online.

I suppose writing in with a monthly offer of repayment will cease court action but still, you really need some specialised assistance I think.

Its a bummer I know, but as you say, 4 to go and even if 1 is UE its better than none, right?
