    Perhaps you should have studied harder ;)

    If he were to take it to the County Court under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations the burden of proof would rest with A&L to prove their terms were fair, not for him to prove they are unfair.

    To be fair I wouldn't expect you to know that as it doesn't feature in the Ladybird Book of Law.
