I actually like British Gas and the service they provide. I think service is far more important than price on anything to do with plumbing, gas and drains, so in your position I would be staying put!!In the beginning, the universe was created. oscar ... totally agree service is paramount ... but as a good MSE just trying to find the best deal .
Sure i got a cashback last time but can't find any at the moment.0 -

It may be worth trying the "I got a better quote elsewhere, so what can you do to reduce your premium" line with BG.... that was my "plan b" !... but on checking the 2 other big providers .. yorkshire water & homeserve .. are identical prices to BG !!0
