Paying off a debt

in Credit cards
Not sure if this is the right forum to put this in, but need some urgent help/advice.
I used to have a credit card with ASDA, which defaulted. eventually, they passed it on to a DCA, who passed it onto 3 others at the same time, but being stupid, i buried my head in the sand and hoped it would go away, then they passed it to a court for a CCJ, but again buried my head in the sand, through the week, i got a letter from the court saying the company had requested a warrant to seize items in the house, and that I was to pay the fee for the warrant by friday (this itself seemed odd). I have now made the company a full and final offer, using the formula advised by national debt services. the company have verbally refused this offer saying they will only accept the whole amount, or take my offer as a lump payment, and then take installements.
My question is, what can i do if they formally decline my offer?

Nothing at all.
You have a CCJ issues against you which in turn, as you have found out, moves to the bailiffs.0 -

You may get some better responses in Debt-Free Wannabe as they have some bailiff experts in there0
