Barclaycard Problems with Charges

I called in a local branch to complete an application for 0% interest for 10 months. I've been given conflicting advice, when I telephoned Barclaycard, they advised me I had to return the application in branch to qualify for the no charge on BT fees. The branch tell me they don't know anything about this deal and that there is a 2.5% handling fee. The small print is also conflicting, the key financial information says
Balance Transfers - 0% for 10 months fromn account opening for BT made within 60 days of opening account upyo £5000 subject to credit limt , no handling fee
Further down it says
Charges - Cash, balance transfers and cheques - 2.5% (min £2.50)
Everytime you speak to a member of staff you get a different answer. Can anyone help? Thanks!

The 2.5% BT fee should only apply after the promotional period (60 days).

It says no handling fee and 0% for 10 months from account opening in the terms, so you should have no problem
