they will stop the phone harrassment when they see it wont work stick your heals in contact by letter only ignore there phone calls as they ignore your letters

Although it is illegal, and you should complain, the only practical way in the meantime is to change your phone number and don't let them have it. Always make sure if you phone them (tho I agree you should only write ideally and keep a copy as proof) that you block your number as if you don't and it comes up on their display they will log it.
