Heard Martin give this company several plugs on GMTV this morning. While I used get great service from this company, I'm currently experiencing problems with them. Am waiting for 3 separate parcels from them the oldest one having been dispatched on 22nd November. Delivery times are quoted as 5-7 days but all 3 are over that. Its not a local delivery problem as I'm getting parcels from Amazon/Play/HMV no trouble at all. I've read that their parcels are mailed from Hong Kong? They are quoting a last order date for xmas delivery as 16th Dec, I would now be amazed if anyone ordered now and got it by 24th! Beware!!!:mad:

I also have been experiencing delivery problems with CD Wow:mad:
I have 4 orders waiting for delivery. I have emailed 4 times and not received a reply. These are presents for Christmas and unless a miracle happens I am shopping again tomorrow for the missing items.....

I did pay for these by Pay Pal so I have since opened a dispute with them for a refund.

I ordered the Lady GaGa album Fame Monster on 19th November, recieved a despatch email on 25th November and finally recieved the Cd on Wednesday. It's postmarked from Switzerland......no wonder it took so long!

When i did query that i had not got it yet i recieved a generic email stating i had to wait 21days for them to consider doing anything.

Same here. Missing CD, but they refuse to answer emails.

They used to be good, but not any more - last time I'm using them.
