Youtube help please

Hi i have just manged to get my phone to send video's to Youtube, the video's were taken on a old phone i had and bluetoothed to my new one so the quality isnt fantastic, i have uploaded some to youtube and facebook, the facebook vids come out small so look ok when played but the youtube ones play huge so are very distaughted, anyone know how i can change the settings on youtube to play them smaller???
Also does anyone have any advice on how to get your video's viewed more?? Im such a newbie lol
