Hi, I just wanted to know what the best brand of camcorders is to buy. Its an xmas prezzie for me from my mum so i can record special moments with my baby, she was looking to spend about £350 tops!
And I was looking to choose between Sony, JVC and Samsung! I reckon I will be using it frequently. I want something small, not too big to carry around as well. I have been looking at the JVC Everio GZ-HD10 or Samsung HX-105 (seen it on sale)
Any ideas?

Sony and JVC both have a history of producing good camcorders. The other brand I like is Panasonic. I've no idea what Samsung ones are like but I'm sure they owuld be fine.
I've just bought this the rest of your budget would buy a suitable SD card. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends

I have a Panasonic SD, the S7. Brilliant camcorder, would definitely recommend getting anything in their range.
If you don't need HD as above, then this is ideal (and cheaper)Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
