Marbles loan ppi

Hi there, I had a Marbles loan, taken out in 2004, paid off in 2006, have requested cca with £1 postal order and heard nothing yet. Sent it Oct 19th. The loan was for about 6k so probably good whack of PPI on it that I want tor reclaim. Anybody have another address I can write to or an idea what I shoud do next?

Hi There

They should have replied within 12 days. Did you tell them that? Did you send the letter recorded delivery.

You could ring them and say what has happened and see their response or write again and give them one week to reply.
You could also just send them the template letter on here saying why you feel you were mis sold and give them 8 weeks to reply send recorded delivery.

I trust that you feel you were mis sold?

Thanks for your reply, yes I sent it recorded but will look out for "I was totally missold ppi" letter and send that and give them a week.

Can i just say I LOVE your signature, I secretly, feel quite fabulous when I`m premenstrual.:p

Hi here tthe I was mis sold letter you have to give them 8 weeks to reply. If they have not answered your request for a CCA did they cash the cheque you sent? You could write again give them one week to reply and say that if they do not reply you will report them to the ICO Information Commisioners Office.

Thanks re the signature it is a good excuse to do what you want and get away with it. LOL
