Hi, UGG do their own protector, I got mine from Office, which is where I got my boots from, most Ugg stockists sell the protector, and you can buy it on the internet!

Its expensive and is comparable with the stuff from Clarks, Tesco's etc. Dont pay for the brand name, its just sheepskin/suede waterproofer all the same.

My mum bought my girlfriend and my sister each a pair of Uggs last Christmas from the Ugg store in London and both pairs fell to bits in less than 6 months. They weren't wearing them in any extreme conditions, just everyday use as far as I know.

they are not designed for England in the winter...They are only sheepskin after all.

I wondered why I keep seeing Sheep with their skin falling off in Winter!!

I spent 6 Months in the Falkland Islands seeing sheep everyday in the bleakest winter you could imagine.... The Sheep there didn't appear to have any skin complaints. ;)

That's the whole point..... It's still attached to the sheep and has not been treated and tanned.
