PPI claim

Hi

Looking to claim for PPI mis sell on a graduate loan i took out with HSBC - just finished paying it back last month.

My question is - isx it common for the bank - if they agree on the mis sell - to then request things like overdraft and credit card balances re paid.

I guess it wouldnt be a huge problem if they did - get if paid off etc. Just wondering.

thanks

Stattox.

Hi, if you win on a missell then I have not seen of any banks asking for you to repay loans/credit cards early but if you still have a loan and have had arrears on it, then they can use the money to reduce the balance etc. If your accounts are in order then really it would not be correct in treating you fairly if they did close accounts and i would certainly make another complaint to the FSA about it they did.;)

Good luck if you do go for a missell.
