Renault Dealer Might Not Refund Incorrect Part

Options
After an MOT failure on my Renault Laguna, I went through a main Renault dealer to get a new part. It was the cross-member that the radiator sits on at the front. I remember asking on the phone, for the 'front cross-member that the radiator sits on top of'. They duly went and ordered the front cross-member, but not the cross-member I wanted. This was just the 'front cross-member' that goes behind the bumper. Now, I may have got my terminology slightly mixed up with them, but I was very specific about it being the cross-member that the radiator sits on top of. Now I've taken it back to them and got the correct part, but I had to pay for it in addition to this other part, and they're uhm'ing and ahh'ing about whether Renault will accept the part back. According to the chap I spoke to on the phone, I 'definitely' asked for the front cross-member, so it's just his word against mine. It does say on the 'receipt' that I was handed that Renault will not take back body panels/parts, but as far as I was concerned, this was a receipt and not a contract. If they decide they don't want to give me my £77 back, is there anything I can do?

Thanks for any advice! Tom.
