if you managed to get full planning permission even with the neighbour problems I would try to make the most of that - hard to get plots with full pp in rural areas. The market is slowly improving so if you can afford to wait a bit I would keep trying for a sale - check you Estate Agent is doing all you're payin them for and if the advertising hasn't been great change Agent! I think you should shift it eventually and that's the only way to really maximise on it's value and justify the money you've spent getting the pp IMHOLife's a box of beads - rainbow coloured and full of surprises!:D0
