Looking a bit of advice!!
I have a small piece of land approx. 1/3 acre.
I have full planning permission on it but it has been for sale for 3-4 years and no joy of selling.
I have built a house so I was just looking to sell to it as I dont need it!!
The land is in the country, does anyone have any thoughts as to what I could do with it to make some money of it??
By the way it is not land for animals or anything like that!!!

What issues were there from the neighbours? If you're marketing the land while there are on-going arguments then yeah, you're on a loser. However if the issues have been settled then why are they a hurdle? How do prospective purchasers know about the issues? Maybe a bit of professional help to get this ironed out will bring forward a sale.
I was going to suggest offering the land to the neighbours - but then they were probably the ones making your life a misery.0
