Sky offered me a special deal of a movie package for £5.00 a month, for 2 months......
When I rang up to cancel they told me it has a 31 day cancellation notice & will have to run another month.....
I have been stung by sky before so when I took up the offer I asked the Sky adviser if I needed
to ring to cancel, if i didn't want to carry on with the movie channels. He didn't tell me i needed to ring 31 days before. I also asked him, if I rang on the last day would there be only £10.00 to pay & he said yes.... I really did interogate him because they have had me before..... I have now canceled the whole of my Sky subscription with them but they haven't stopped our movie channels.
I refuse to pay any more but will they put me on the bad credit list?
