    Yeah good advice. Can't understand why they would be "rotten" just because someone bounces a payment on them. :rolleyes:

  • Historically I have bounced a few DDs and no one has ever charged me interest except the bank! I wrote a very stern letter to the MD, fingers crossed it gets wiped lol

    Don't you think it costs them time and money to re-present and they lose out when payments are late?
    Have you read their T&C's? No doubt the charge for late payments is shown.

    I would imagine your letter is hanging on a hook as we speak, ready for wiping, just as soon as the MD needs a dump! ;)
