Anyone familiar with Risco Agility alarms?

I'm having a problem with the shock sensor on my door setting the alarm off when the postie delivers anything that needs a shove to go through the brushes on my letter box!
User manual says I can exclude zones but does anyone know if I need to do this each time the system is set or just once?
Obviously will be having installer come out to check sensor...again!!!!!

You shouldn't fit vipers to entry doors , and defo not one with a letter box
If you omitted the zone you would have to do it every time you set the system0
