Pre-payment meter from hell!!

Got a new card for the gas meter today. Objective was to sort out problems. It has only made it worse!

It has put all the debt I owed on from when the meter went in. Yet I have been paying the balance off for three months. The tariffs have increased again.

I seem to be going round in circles. The phone calls to BG are well I have to hang up when somebody is telling me something that is well..... Or either that they don't phone back. Getting so uptight that I at times see things ''black clouds'' or black shadows wish by me.

I wish I never changed to click as it is causing so much grief. To the point I was on the verge of phoning my C.P.N. This is going on to long. There is £1 odd to do til Wednesday. payed the emeregency I used £3.99. Then left a £1.00 for gas. Yet it says I'm using emergency credit. Skint til Wednesday. I though putting dosh in to cover emergency would be wize then allow me to use it again. Appears not.

Anybody got advice what I can do here? Is there a complaints line or similiar?

do you get income support? can you take it out and put a normal meter in and have direct payments form income support, once it's agreed what is owed of course.

you need to put much more in at this time of year i use £1:50-£2 per day depending on the weather.
putting £5 when youv'e used £4 of e/c is no good.
when you top up it will always repay emergency credit used and any debt,then whatever is left is for gas.

Yeah I shall ask them about direct payment from Income Support. I owe £400 odd. For a years Gas. Long story.
The pre payment meter is causing to much grief and I feel restricted regarding tariffs etc.

Can't get social tariffs due to benefit amount. however somebody told me to not to include or say exact amount of things. I could not do that. Tempting it may be right enough
