xbox wireless headset

I hope this is in the right forum!!!

The OH quite likes the idea of a wireless headset for his xbox because the wired one gets in the way

Anyway I have been researching and have found that the 'official' microsoft one is RRP£35 but with mixed reveiws.

Others retail at approximately £80.

Anyone had any experience with these head sets?

Any good?

    Hi,
I used to have a wireless head set but I didn't like it. If you are not talking it picks up everything in the room...I deafened people by having a fan on and it was nowhere near me, took me ages to find out what the "fault" was.My sound comes through a speaker system and it picks it up.
Turn up the volume and you get echoes. Someone speaks to you and the world can hear!
And remember to take it off when you go to the toilet!
