I always use non-bio as my children suffer with eczma and find that ASDA's own brand is as good as anyHoping to save a little more money here and there, to spend on treats/educational items for children :j0

I've switched to surf concentrate liquid, and I'm finding you only need half a capful to get a whole load clean and smelling gorgeous, and a bottle lasts for ages! Don't think I will go back to tablets or anything else now.A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0

I've been using Bold, as was on offer - but I can't smell it at all! yet some peoples smell from the end of the garden! I'd love to know why!0

I've been using Lidl's 'Formil' powder in the blue/green box and have had no problems with it. I always used 'Ariel' before but it just got too expensive.0

I use Lidl's own non-bio tablets. I use 1 tab rather than 2, and I find they last me about a month (just me and hubby, about 6 washes a week or so). They're about £2.80. I buy Comfort Pure on offer (I have very sensitive skin) at £1 a litre which lasts me about a month too.
I've tried Sainsbury's and Tesco's own non bio tablets but they're not a patch on Lidls which are bigger, don't crumble up and don't leave a residue on the clothing even on a quick wash.0 -

I also buy whats on offer however if theres no reasonable offers on i buy cheapest one and mix in a packet of soda crystals. Try looking on the OS board for cheaper and effective ways of laundering clothes as there are some fantastic ideas.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

i often use soapnuts- you get a masive bag full of them for about £7, available online if you google them. I like Persil small and mighty Bio. I buy it when it's £4 for the big 40 wash bottle. Lasts ages.0

I use bold and ariel gel capsules. Iv tried supermarket own brands but Id rather spend a little more on the ones mentioned. Id advoid the really cheap soap powders as they contain lots of bleach.0
