Set Email on Samsung Genio Touch Help

I am trying to send pics from my phone to facebook, but it says no email account is set, configure now? it asks for my account name which i just put my own then asks to enter email address & user name & password (which i dont know what it means??) so went onto the samsung site to find how to do it online and on the page for e-mail settings it asks for User Information (email address, username & Password) ????...In troubleshoot it says get this info from my network provider, Looked on the network providers site as informed and can not find anything related to this so can anyone please tell me what this info is??? I emailed Samsung asking them on Sat and got an auto reply but still until now no email with instructions..

Your phone does not have its own email address it merely acts as a 'client' to send and receive emails through your provider. That means you need to get your email details from your email provider - which is probably your ISP.

When you get this you will be able to set it up on your phone.
