I know it's been said on here before, but they really are the best. Their customer service is second to none and the staff actually treat you like a grown up that they want to keep as a customer, rather than an irritation they want to get rid off.
They're replacing some kitchen scales that are 9 months old because they've broken, no hassle, no "it's not within 28 days" etc, just a straight replacement and even an apology for the inconvenience. And the staff are great when you call or go into their shops.
