office 2003 \2expired\2 ,.... what can i do ?

in Techie Stuff
came to install my microsoft office 2003 disc on to new netbook ... and it installed it but then told me i'd used it the x? number of times already .. and after 49? uses it would be "restricted".
what can i do ? .. going away in a couple of days and need to be able to use it .

yes it is legitimate, used it's product key code as normal.but it was after it installed it said "no"0

then ring microsoft to activate if legal software0

That's because you bought a licence for one machine which is not transferrable. You have two choices:
1)Buy another licence
2)Try activating it by phone.
Unless you're a power user, the free OpenOffice will suffice and works with MS Office documents.0 -

rang microsoft ... their automated system turned me down as i'd installed it too many times ... but customer service guy just gave me new ID number to install it.
