How do I make sure wardrobe will fit in bedroom

I am interested to buy the Plum Compact bedroom double wardrobe, the measurements are H 92cm,D 55cm,H 186cm. The house is period one with long and narrow corridor. How do I make sure that the wardrobe will go upstairs & fit in bedroom? It comes already assembled. In my last house, the wardrobe had to go through the upstairs bedroom window. Thanks

You first need to measure the pinch points and corners along the route. Then consider the staircase - any turns? Is the landing big enough to turn it. Will enough people be able to transport it? Remember they need space as well as the wardrobe. It should be possible to remove the doors, of wardrobe or house if necessary.

Thanks, I have asked CS, it comes into two parts and will be assembled in the bedroom. My concern now is when I do move house if ever I do, can it be taken aparts again.

If it really matters to you, make a mock up from cardboard to the same size as the wardrobe, and see if you can get it to where you want it.
