i have just had a fine through the post,stating a £70 fine,halved if paid within 21 days,therefore it was cctv that observed this.the problem is i was guilty,but i am on jsa and cannot afford to pay it,what can i do

As up to 75% of appealed/adjudicated tickets are successful, its always worth while looking into the legality of the tickets. Done quickly enough, within the discount period, it can be checked without the risk of costing more money. With enough faults on the paperwork it may cost nothing but a bit of time and effort.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
